My rcs card only declines by clicks stores &I hav contacted the call centre twice abt this issue. Both ladies I'v spk2 advised that there is nothing wrong wit my card, Clicks nds to contact RCS while I'm in d store2 report d problem &I should nt leave d store. I went back to d clicks store today in Golden acre CTN - bear in mind that I've already been there twice ths wk- explained to d 5th cashier what has been happening& what they need2 do. The supervisor Muriel that I spoke to be4& has reported the problem to their IT dep was there again today. She told me that I should contact RCS myself to get this matter sorted because the fault is not at their end in d week already. I told Muriel that I was told by RCS that she needs to contact them to explain what the card is reading, she told me that they not allowed to phone, the clients must phone themselves. I was so upset becz I have been going back &forth to getting this matter sort and no1at clicks can assist me. I have never had such terrible service frm clicks before. D only thing that I wanted to buy was my medication, which I have bn without for a wk now. I have cancel my rep prescriptions& will go suwhr else whr i feel mre valued
