Payment

I did a payment on 25 July 2013 and the payment up to today has not reflected yet and they keep sending me smses and calling me. i even went to Jet Sandton and iam not sure what is going on with that company. i asked them initially to do a debit order ; even filled in forms and nothing was done... this is pathetic... they even went to itc to list me as a late payer but i did an eft on time. its not my fault that their accounts department do not update payments
