On the 26/01/2014 at 12:25 there's only one ticket window open at Retreat station, the train to Cape Town is arriving 12:30 lack of urgency, train arrives am still not served, advise the security that I will be buying from the guys we both looking at in the coach am about to embark on, he's shouting at me, the IRSS security ask him to let me in, Dumpies from Plumstead with his crew refuses to let me pay R8 and wants to fine me R40, others are paying infront of me without fines I tell them I can't cause I saw them hence I came in they shouting at me swearing my wife, Prasa/ metrorail staff is swearing at me and my family humiliating us in front of other commuters, they throw us at this dark room in plumstead and forcing me to pay R40 I eventually does embarrassed my sister inlaw is in this room with me and they sarcastically ask me if I want to wait for the next which will be an hour later, I'm forced to pay another R36 to get to my plaace using a taxi, I couldn't wait athe station these people were shouting and swearing and refusing to give their names all this in the company's uniform what a represantation. I use that line everyday from harfield to work in diep river never had that
