Incompetence

Edgars allowed someone else to open an account under my name and now are threatning to blacklist me, such a big firm why didn't the follow correct procedures to ensure such incidents don't happen, the don't have my home address or cellphone number and they still insisting I opened an account. The only thing they have is an ID No. and still threats to blacklist me... shame on you as you want to destroy my life because of your incompetence.
