Listed as bad payer at credit bereauw for what?

I bought a bedroom suit at JD on credit but then decided within an hour that i want to pay this cash and that was 2011 December. I paid the cash the following day but to my surprise the shop listed me and never updated whether i paid or not. now i cant get a credit due to this and i have tried heavens knows how many times but it seems i am fighting a lost battle.

Please Peter help me that this people update trans union with the right information, i am tired and i will never buy from them again. this is holding my life. i have to explain this to everywhere i need credit cause its appearing on my credit report
