I settled my account in FULL last year but Edgars refused to let me purchase on that account, but now people from their call centre are calling me and telling me I owe money for subscriptions and airtime I NEVER got... I used to get statements via email monthly but now I don't get anything... I don't owe Edgars and I have the slips to proove it but they want to blacklist me for their behaviour... I never got the airtime, I didn't buy on the account- I don't get statements- how can I owe so much on a BLOCKED account - this has to be illegal and I want to take this further!!! I have the slips prooving I settled the account at Centurion Centre at teller: Mmapula Ratsema 2144176 and I requested the account be closed since I can't use it at the client care department there!
