I ordered an Item from Home Choice, on the 13 August i recieved an sms notifying me about my order that was signed for by a third party, The instruction was when they delive, r they must first contact me and they failed to do so, secondly they did not deliver at the given adress. I've paid Home Choice the full amount of the item including delivery fees, On the 13th after recieving sms i contacted them to let them know that i did not recieve the order they are saying they hoping that I am enjoying it. I need to know why they said i should have my id to sign for the goods when they delivery if they were gonna give my things to some people i dont know of. I dont see why i should wait for them to do their investigation as they failed to follow the instruction and were irresponsible about handling my order.
