I've recently acquired two beds from Dial-A-Bed Weltevredenpark. The Salesman assured me that this was a one of the best buys within its range. A month later the bed started creaking. Ever since then I've had sleepless nights. The branch was informed and the matter was escalated to Customer Service (Natasha Smith-Manager) assured me that she will follow up on the matter and get back to me. I am waiting in vain for some sort of feedback.
Oh yes the punch line is that the matter has been raised with the Supplier. In the mean time Dial-A-Bed
received their payment in full and I need to be content with that "SERVICE".
What has happened to integrity, Honesty and Customer Service?
