FREE GIFT ON OMO LIQUID - Worst experience ever!

I submitted my code last night to receive my "FREE" gift on the OMO liquid bottle... a very nice experience up to the point where the call centre agent called me, first she asked me which prize I would like, I chose the free pedi at Cedar Square.

She then went on to ask the date and time, I then said I would like the 26th September as I will be on leave and she can book anytime that day.

She then went on to say if the perfect 10 does not have space to book the appointment the 26th Sep at 11 she will then choose the 3rd or 10th October on my behalf.
I then said I will be on leave the week of the 23rd to 26th Sep and will not be able to go any other day, after which she had the "mechanic" reply that she is unable to book anything closer than 7 days in between!!!

What absolute nonsense!?? Why can she not book the days before???

Just another example of a call centre agent which gets a prerecorded script to read from and cannot think for themselves!!!

SO upset with the whole promotion, best way to loose your customers!
