What a bad attitude the lady had

I am so angry with a bad attitude I got from Edgars in Festival Mall.. I reported my card last month and today i decided to take a day off and go there with my copy of ID and licence and whn i got there i was the only person and one lady was helped by all of the consultants there and i was left to stand there for about 5 minutes and whn they finally aknowledge my presence one lady who was going to help me greeted with such an annoyed and bored manner and whn I took out my ID copy before I could even say my story as to why I was there she told me she cant help with an ID copy and needs the original ID and when I told her its lost she flatly said she cant help me and i had to take my stuff and leave.. What a day waisted with such a bad attitude..it was so uncalled for.. Thank you.
