Free Exclusive Thomas Knives Promotion

Above-mentioned store have been out of knives stock for? 2 months with promises to clients over this period that orders have been placed and they're awaiting delivery. Die Boord Spar, on the other hand, says they get deliveries of the same product on a weekly basis, according to clients. Is this promotion a case of deceit, as customers buy loads of groceries with the aim of claiming free knives and knive sets. Customers are collecting knives from Die Boord Spar, which I see as unfair, as these customers purchase from Stellenbosch Spar and they are the store making profit out of it. Is our money good enough for the store's retaining, but Customer Service and Satisfaction is not a priority for them? Is this the kind of service we as loyal customers over the last years are going to receive from Stellenbosch Superspar? The due-date for collecting these promotional items is 03 November, will they have stock by then? If not, what will happen afterwards? Will they get enough stock to accommodate all customers listed in a black book which are kept in-store with names and contact numbers of all awaiting customers?
