Brilliant Service with a beautiful attitude

About a week ago my husband and I decided to celebrate life, we purchased a Beef Fillet for the occasion from Boord Spar in Stellenbosch. We opened an expensive bottle of wine and began preparations for dinner only to find the Fillet was off... and then had to have really good wine with a cheese sandwich :(
It was past 8 in the evening thus we could't phone Spar and tell them about it.
The next morning, before work we returned the piece of meat to them. They accepted it with a great attitude and smile, double backed our money and made us feel like customers who matters. The manager who helped us had a kind spirit, and a friendly smile.
Thank you Boord Spar for treating your customers greatly - we will purchase fillet from you again :) We understand that it was a one-time mishap and not a general flaw.
