I have been going to Northway Spar for the passed three weeks trying to collect my free knife as I have collected the required amount of stickers. The first three times I was told to come back as they were out of stock. The fourth time I was asked to write my name in a book and they will contact me. The person in charge also said that I will not get my knife if all the stickers are not from Northway Mall Spar. My complaints are the following:

1. Why is Spar running this promotion if they cannot handle the demand for the knives.
2. Why didn't they write my name down the first time I came there, why did I have to go three times before this name thing started as I have still not received my knife.
3. Where about does it say that all your stickers have to be from a particular Spar. (Almost all my stickers are from Northway Mall Spar anyway)
4. Why don't they just ask for a greater amount of knives so that they do not run out of stock.

This is an example of very bad planning. No thought was given to what would happen once the competition is over. I would expect that a big company would have thought this through before running this competition.
