3 Weeks later and nothing has been done

On the 13th of August I reported my complain on this site. Its been 3 weeks and nothing has been done.
I've been to the branch on the 23rd again, and was told that the area manager will be back on monday the 26th and then she will phone me. On Tuesday the 27th I phoned the branch again, and the manager Jackie said the area manager will phone me back in a couple of minutes. I waited and she didn't phone, on wednesday I phoned again and then got hold of the area manager (Lerato), who said she will phone the supplier and get back to me. Wednesday afternoon head office phoned me asking if Lerato spoke to me, I said yes, and told them that if this isn't solved by the end of the week, I am going to bring back the bed and then I want my money back. I am in arears because of this complain, and have the money to bring it up to date, but not untill I get a different make bed. What more must I do to get this solved? Because I no longer want to deal with Lewis, I just want them to take back their bed and refund all the money that I already paid on the account, which is more than R14000 already.
