Mattress and base problems: 20 year warranty!!!

I bought a bed at the Brooklyn Franchise, which she told me the franchise and factory had liquidated and that she is unable to assist me in anyway. Her name is Norma From the Alberton Branch. I have also spoken to Karien there.

Here is my last email to her:

I bought a bed at Mattress Medi Centre. What I can understand from your conversation is that I acknowledge that you say it is a franchise and that the factory and the franchise has closed down.

But there must be a Head Office who heads the franchises. There should be documentation regarding future defects etc. between the Head Office who sells the franchises and the suppliers. How can one fool the public to say the item we are purchasing has a warranty and guarantee??? If it is a franchise then the Head over franchises should be held liable??? This is not fair to the franchisee who buys the franchise either!!

I am not going to let this matter rest until I get any positive feedback.
