Foschini sold me 2 used Blackberrys for R5098.00

On 20/03/13 Purchased the above items 9360&9320; in unsealed boxes. 9360 gave problems at once battery couldn't sustain the phone after charging, i returned phone to the store, they told me they don't own the phones they belong to MTN.so they'll send it for repairs, after 2 wks they tell me phone is back; gave it to me without even testing it, but it was still not working this time it couldn't read sim card, even connect to wifi. i returned phone immediately 2nd time, they said they will send it for repairs again, after 3 wks the manager a white lady, calls me and tells me that MTN says i've been tempering with the phone by inserting different sim cards so they will not take the blame and i have to pay for the repairs done by MTN. she even told me i could go and jump or fly to the moon and bake a cake or go to the highest court they will not entertain my story; as we speak the phone is still in their possession my son doesn't have a phone. i find this totally unacceptable and totally disrespectful and downright criminal. the other used phone is working perfectly but after hardly 3 months the paint work on the body is peeling all over the place. please help i need ur help
