High end jeweller with no idea what service is!! 1

I dropped off my MontBlanc pen that needs repair, was told they'd get quote and let me know. That was 15 days ago. I called them today to followup and the woman was rude and aloof. This store charges a premiumn and claims to have good service. What a joke. its not the first time i've had issues with these guys and I suggest you dont bother doing business with them.
