Asked to pay an account i never opened

I just received a call from Arthur Kaplan Jewellers saying i opened an account in 2002 and i owe money - 11 years later? The rude woman slammed the phone on me threatening to blacklist me. I have never had an account with that store. absoluting disgusting treatment.
