I would like to compliment your staff at your Stoneridge (Greenstone Hill) branch for a display of tremendous honesty and outstanding customer service.
On Saturday 10 September I purchased some items from the store and did not realise that I had left one of the parcels in the store. I am in the process of moving and I therefore placed all the items into storage without unpacking or checking anything. I would not have realised my mistake until it was way too late.
Your staff managed to contact me through my bank, using my credit card details and some intuitive thinking. I collected the parcel from the store today.
