Ive spent R15000 cash ON THE 5TH JUNE 2013 for a Hisense lcd which isn't working properly. so I don't want it to be fixed I want a new tv or my money back it hasn't been a month since I complained to your branch they said they'll send a technician so I still repeat my money wasn't a second hand I paid it without any problems so please I don't want a technician because when I paid he wasn't part and parcel of the deal before I take the matter forward id like to have my money back and shop somewhere else
