My wife and I went into @Home The Grove in hope of making a decision of buying an expensive couch. Our trouble started in finalizing the application. This process took over a week, we were forced to visit the store on 5 occasions to get it completed and assist people to do their work. We finally endured and got our approval, disappointed to find out that there was no stock. Pushed into completing the sale by the sales lady although we would have to wait for almost three weeks for the goods. Our intention was to only complete the sale when we can receive the goods but we were told we can't do that and that our application would expire and not be looked at again as this is company policy. We originally signed for a debit order for the first. Needless to say the 1st came & gone and no debit order. Having had no communication we were under the impression it would go off later. My wife received a very rude call today with someone acting in a ridiculous fashion about the payment were it is not our fault. This has discouraged any future purchased we had planned at @Home. Problem still not resolved. They had the audacity to add penalty fees and demand payment though it's not our fault.
