Curtains - 214cm | Not 218cm as Advertised

After returning curtains to @Home Willowbridge due to insufficient length and mould spots I went to Woolworths and purchased 2x Taped Lined Curtains. I really didn't forsee the same thing happening - even worse. I washed the one drop as per instruction - took around 40 minutes to put in the forks and hung up the first drop. HORROR! The curtain is way too short. I measured it twice - 214cm - not 218cm as indicated on the packet. I am now FED UP with so-called 'upmarket' shops' with substandard products. I have wasted so much time on looking for the right curtains, then coming home - washing and preparing them - the forks tak so much time and effort to put it - only to find that they are not what they're supposed to be. I am furious now! Everytime I have to take them back and ask for my money back. What about all the inconvenience caused! I am so dissappointed!!! Simply telling me to bring them back and get a refund won't cut it anymore!
