Busby- BAD attitude and poor quality

I bought a R1000 shoe from nine west which is retailed by HOUSE of BUSBY. I complained on hello Peter about it a week ago as the boot was uncomfortable. It simply does not bend at the toe and ankle- it's like wearing a wooden shoe- I expected comfort from a R1000 nine west shoe. A Tactless and rude rep of nine west phoned me and said they cannot refund me for the shoe but they will give me 20percent off the next pair I buy. Why would I want to spend more money for another pair of defective shoes? I declined and she responded that they don't owe me anything- they're just being generous. She then said perhaps my feet are too wide so I need to stretch the shoe which I found insulting- I have normal feet. Nine west / Busby will sell rubbish for a fortune and DONT CARE about how it affects their customers. I am now R1000 poorer and have no winter boots to show for it. Don't let the fancy name fool you Busby/ Nine west- you can get better quality shoes at places that will charge a fraction of the price.
