GOODS NOT RECEIVED - DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS

Placed on order via your Call Centre, when the order was despatched this was done in two seperate consignments. The one consignment was sent to the correct address and receipt was taken without issue.

However the second consignment has been sent to the wrong Post Office and has now been reported as missing by SAPO.

I find this truly unacceptable as we requested Courier Delivery from the moment get go and not postal delivery as this problem has occured in the past.

After my telecom with your Customer Service of late I was advised that this is not their problem and I have to track and trace the parcel myself which has now gone awall.

As far as I am aware until I have taken delivery of the parcel this should NOT be my problem, neither should I be held liable for payment thereof as I have not received the goods.

Thus I am now requesting a FULL refund and closure of my account with yourselves as I have never had to endure such sloppy sub standard service.
