I don't live in S.A any more but buy gifts for my family online. At mother's day they asked whether I wanted the gift wrapped to which I replied yes. It was nicely wrapped my mother told me. I purchased a father's day gift for my dad and a birthday gift for my aunt. I opted to have the gifts wrapped (each separately) but when the gifts turned up they weren't wrapped nor did they added the birthday and father's day message. I thought it to be a once off error and emailed woolworths online - no reply. In July I bought gifts for my brother and cousin. Once again I wanted the gifts to be wrapped separately, this did not happen nor did the birthday messages turn up. Also, my cousin is 6. I shopped at the children's department and NOT babies. They ended up delivering a baby 6 - 12 month gown. Why ask me whether these are gifts and ask what the message would be for the gifts if all of it is ignored? Your baby and children's online section need to be clarified to your staff. 2 weeks ago I asked for a manger to contact me, I got a reply a week ago saying that a manger would be in touch and no one has gotten back to me. I have now accepted that this is the type of service Woolworths provide
