I'm a South African, living abroad. I wanted to send 2 gifts on 2 separate occasions using woolworths online shopping. I specifically chose Woolworths, because I assumed they would be most reliable and deliver a great service. I was wrong. 2 weeks ago I sent 2 different gits, to relatives and friends, for special occasions. The website asks you to specify if its a gift, and then gives you a box to write a note. The first gift was delivered, with no card or message attached, and after a few days I had to ask the receiver if they received it& they had, but had no idea who it was from or what it was for. Disappointing, but thinking maybe the card had fallen off, I let it go. Later that same week I had another gift delivered to a friend for her birthday. Again, after not hearing from her, and not receiving confirmation of delivery from Woolworths, I had to ask if she received them. She was also clueless as to who sent them, because there was no card attached. Twice in one week, and worst of all, after sending 2 complaints to woolworths, i received no feedback, not even an apology. I have since removed my online account with them, and will definitely not recommend their servi
