Boardmans
Wedding gifts did not get delievered

My wedding registar was with Boardmans, wedding date 23 March 2013 we had no idea that some friends and family ordered gifts online to be delivered to the venue, and we sent out thank you cards for all recieved and recorded gifts, this has caused embrassment to myself and my husband has we were accused of not thanking all our guests accordingly and we were rated as only sending thank you cards to guests who brought in expensive gifts, as the unhappy guests ordered their gifts online and all online orders was never delivered to the wedding venue nor were we informed of any such gifts, We had to eventually embrassingly appologise to our guests stating we didnot recieve any gifts from them, This has put us in a very embrassing situation on both the guest side and ours, As this very unpleasant situation caused by Boardmans has destroyed friendships and has caused family problems,

i hope in future this situation does not happen to other newly married couples as it is really unpleasant and embrassing,

Utterly disgusted at the situation boardmans has caused amoung my family and my new husband
