NO GIFT TAGS SENT WITH GIFTS

In December I sent a nukmber of gifts via [URL Removed] because I am disabled and wanted to thank several people.
Most of the gifts seem to not be recorded as gifts on the orders so several people did not know where they came from or the messages of thanks.

I did complain but have been ignored,
I will not be ordering from [URL Removed] again. In fact, the last gift went from NetFlorist and were well received with gift messages.
