Truworths
Truwoths not doing what they promised

My account was handed over and wriiten off by truworths while i was under debt review, i have logged a dispute with Transunion regarding the matter and the response from Truworths was that they would remove the default if the balance was paid in full, I have paid the full outstanding balance and have called truwoths' call center and the attorneys even sent emails to thier customer service no response has been received ever since march 2013.
