I went to truworths Eshowe to exchange shoes that were damaged after wearing them once, the hill broke. they refused to refund my money and told me to go to Vryheid where i bought them. they said the hill is not guaranteed, i really dont understand because its not my fault that truworths sell goods of a poor quality. i am really not happy with the service i received at truworths. i want my money as soon as possible. i dont want any shoes i just want my money, because your shoes are poor in quality. Hellopeter please help me to get my money back.
