Rude and slow pharmacists

I went to Clicks at Victoria Road, Pietermaritzburg to get my monthly prescription. What a shock - what I thought would be a 10 minute ordeal turned into a 25 minute ordeal with rude and slow staff. There were 3 pharmacists on the prescription counter and one on the self-medication counter. The service was slow and the pharmacists were all quite rude especially Juanita Visser who happened to serve me. She barely greeted me and did not say a word after I spoke. I actually felt 'scared' to ask her whether she had put the item through my medical aid (details which have changed and which she was not familiar with) as she had a filthy attitude and seemed quite unhappy to be at work in actual fact. Don't offer a service to customers if it is going to be a bad one which leaves a bitter taste in the mouth!
