I recently purchased a 3M x 3M Bush Baby gazebo from Checkers. The sail was faulty and moderate winds ripped it to pieces whilst leaving the framework perfectly intact. Devika went the extra mile by somehow organising me a sail only, although the sails alone are not sold as a separate item. This was done free of charge and she phoned me at home to tell me to come and collect it the next day. She is a great asset to Checkers and shines brightly in this day and age where bad service has become the norm. Thanks again Devika and keep up your excellent customer relations work!
