Going Beyond The Expected

I would like to take my hat out to these 2 guys that went out of their way to assist us in getting a bunk bed for my son. We had a very bad experience at the Woodmead branch and to date the manager there Jabu has not contacted us as he promised. We went to purchase this an L-shaped bed that was advertised but when I went to purchase it the manager said that there is a factory fault on the unit so I cant buy it or even order it cause Mr PRICE has put this bed sales on hold. Why advertise something if it cant be sold??? Only to find that Mr Price in Greenstone Mall assisted me gladly. These guys Bongani and Noel went out of their way to assist me, they didnt have stock but they ordered everything that I wanted from all the different branches to fulfill my request. Now that is what you call great service. I really appreciate this guys... well done! Keep up the great work. As for Mr Price Woodmead please stop that attitude that you are doing us a favor by assisting us there are other people out there that want our business. I think a mystery shopper should be sent to this branch to see the horrible service thats given to clients. Especially when we are in queus and the staff are standing around..
