Sunday evening I tried to purchase items on the red square site. I gave up after an hour. I tried on my PC and my phone. When I press Place order, it times it. I get the following message. The payment gateway is currently unavailable. Please try later.

This morning I call 0860 777 289 and explain the problem to the consultant. He asks me to hold on for a while. He tells me, sorry, there is nothing we can do. I find that unacceptable. Your checkout was broken and it becomes my problem. I have screenshots to prove I tried to check out the items. I want my 10% discount.
