Truworths
Cash Sale returns NOT accepted

Hi,
I made a purchase at Truworths gateway mall on 5 July 2013, i bought 2 items to the value of R359-00 on my gift card. Within a month i went to return the both items at gateway, they refused as i couldnt find my slip. I pleaded with them that items were not fitting/suitable and i cannot keep them.
They were adamant. I also tried Ballito, no joy received.
I found my slip in September and took the purchases to Vimlan the manager in Ballito and explained my story that i never wanted the items but 2 stores refused to take it back without a slip, both still have labels on. I had no purpose for it.

Vimlan's attitude was very bad, he refused to assist in anyway, i even asked him to call headoffice and explain the story but he didnt assist. He stood there smiling which annoyed me as it was very unprofessional behaviour.

I have been purchasing from Truworths for more than a decade and so has my family and relatives.
This kind of service is unacceptable. I dont want the items and i insist truworths fetches it from my home and credit both the items. My family of 5 and I will be closing our truworths accounts immediately.
