For a site that has to cater needs for all Red Square customers, you guys are really pathethic when it comes to keeping items in stock. About half of the items you advertise online, are all out of stock. What is the point of advertising this?
Secondly, you advertise a free gift of when you spend R750 or more. This was added to your site yesterday and is valid till 24 September. On your banner for this, there is no warning that says while stocks last, so I would expect to receive it anyway. Not even a full day on the site and low and behold, it is out of stock. How can this be customer service? How can you even still advertise for this? In terms of CPA, this is unacceptable.
