Changing surname is impossible

3 months ago I went to Truworths Riverside Mall to change my surname on my account, I gave in all the required documents and filled in forms. When I inquired about this last week they told me it was not done I should just do everything again!!! So what happened to my documentation? And the form I filled in? No one is concerned about this inconvenience. I would rather close my account than take hours to do this again. Perhaps you can tell me what happened? Is good service no longer something your staff take pride in???
