I am a loyal customer of Homechoice but of late your service has deteriorated and is very frustrating ; I ordered Castello Rust reversible curtains x2 on the 24th of May 2013 and the Parcel was deliverd to my home address instead of my work address as requested by me, since there was no one home the 13.06.2013 the parcel was signed off by a neighbour, when i opened the box there was only one pair of curtains and on the 14.06.2013 I received and sms saying that my order was dispatched PA 434670898 I immediately assumed it was the other pair of curtains on collection of the parcel @Post office monday 01.07.2013 I Found earings " Mistery Gift" I then Contacet the Call centre and spoke to Shane Ref 118886897 who wasnt much of help cause he doesnt even listern and is quick to shoot his mouth . he tells me i must go and do an affidavit stating that I oly received one pair of curtains and that there will be an investigation and he doesnt know the turn around time for queries to be resolved to whom do I send the fax? he doesnt Know! ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT YOUR INTERNAL PROCESSES ARE FAILING CUSTOMERS, EVEN WITH MY FIRST ORDER 3005679 THE MYSTERY GIFT WASNT INCLUDED
