On the 24th July I called the Customer Service reporting that my Defy dishwasher was once again giving me problems. I mentioned this to the operator by the name of Christopher that this was now the third time I was reporting this issue. I once again sent a mail on the 30th July 2013 since I have not received feedback as to what was going to be the resolution about this matter. It is now the 12th August 2013 and still I have not received any feedback. I feel that the manner in which this matter has been done in poor taste and is very unprofessional.
