No Feedback on Gap Cover Claim

On the 6th of May i submitted my claim, to Essential Gap, and I waited patiently for a response.
On the 27th of May i received an email from U. Uren, who said "Thank you for sending through all the relevant documentation. I will follow up into this matter and provide you with feedback."
On the 30th of May I called and was told that there was some delay which meant that my claim would take 2 to 4 weeks to be processed.
I had patiently waited 30days, and called U.Uren again and was told she would call me back. I'm still waiting.
I have since emailed on the 12th July, and 16th July, and have still got no response. I am absolutely disgusted by this "Service" and words cannot express how frustrated i am.
I would like this matter attended to as soon as possible. But if push comes to shove, i know who to turn to.
