I received an SMS 16/05/2013 informing me that money was withdrawn out of my account. This has already been paid to the supplier and they withdrew the money again after approximately 3 months again.
I then Contacted the FNB -line immediately. Seithiro then E-mailed me the dispute forms. I emailed it back the following day 17/05/2013. No reply. I phoned and then was informed no one has received the documents.
I then forwarded the email again 20/05/2013. I phoned again and there was no feedback. As always one or another apology with no feedback.

I phoned again 21/05/2013. Still not feedback! I then Faxed it through to Andrew 21/05/2013. They confirmed the matter is still at the dispute department.

I phoned and asked what the Service level agreement is. They informed me it is 21DAYS and then you get feedback.
I received a E-mail from Celeste 07/06/2013: Just to inform me that they are attending to the matter. I replied by asking what the SLA is again and I have to claim through insurance if they are not going to help me.
My time is running out to register a claim with insurance as you have 30days to register the claim.
After 29 DAYS reporting NO FEEDBACK
