Dirty trolleys

The reason why we HAVE TO SHOP AT WOOLWORTHS in Richardsbay is because service delivery and overall attitude and hygiene in the whole of Richardsbay's retail is beyond bad. In saying that everytime i've shoped at Woolworths in Rb the trolleys is in a bad bad state, it seems as if the trolleys doesnt get washed in the morning or whenever its dirty for that matter. In the month since we've moved here there has never been hygiene wipes for us to use. You are in the food industry, customers expect clean trolleys to put there food in, after all we expect 'the difference' .Yesterday we had to use one of the 'cleanest' ones that we could find, and it was revolting to say the least. We took pictures. The MANAGER/S must come out of their cosy offices and have a look at what their customers have to load their food in. This is really unacceptable, i'm from the western cape and woolworths's there is of a much higher standard... sorry but thats the bare truth..
