Injury to the public

Mr Clean is responsible for the moving of trolleys at Balfour Park shopping center. The workers were moving the trolleys at high speed and did not take into consideration the people walking in and out of the entrance through which they were moving the trolleys. The result of this was that the trolleys were pushed into me causing me to sustain injuries. This was reported to Mr Clean who said that they would put in a claim to their insurers. After many phone calls and lawyers letters, the matter has disappeared. However, my medical bills have not been settled and my pension does not cover this
