Full Trolleys and only 4 Open till Points

I am a regular shopper and buy most of my groceries at this branch.
The monthly amount I have spent here in the last year alone could probably be checked with my smart shopper points.
I have simply had enough with the attitude at this branch as far as service is concerned!
This is not the first time this has happened but it's the first time I have left my full trolley at the entrance and left
After several complaints from shoppers with full trolleys for more till pints to be opened they chose to close 2 till points leaving only 4 open
The shop was full and mostly full trolleys..3 Managers or Supervisors chatting in their cubicle for every one to see not paying attention to customers
I have my own business cut my teeth in retail - One lesson I was taught look after customers and unhappy customer won''t come back
This is pathetic! When I walked up o the cubicle to ask them to open more tills I was told that they have just opened One! (3 were closed 5 minutes prior)
I was not greeted just given a dirty look
With Oxford Food Market and Shoprite 5 minutes away you would think Pic 'n Pay would be more vigilant to retain customers.
THIS IS NOT THE WAY to treat loyal clients
