Appalling Service

This stand out as the most appalling and disgusting service ever recieved this year. I puchased a combo goods on the 3rd Dec 2013 and to-date I haven't recieved ALL of my items. From the day i made this purchase, I've been having endless problems with furniture City it unbeable. E.G lack of delivery, poor communication, no sense of urgency, the list is endless. As it stand, I'm still waiting for the delivery of my couches, I've waiting over 2weeks now and no one from Furniture City has even bothered to contact me or even update me on the delivery. I have to make countless trips to the store with no joy. With christmas aroung the corner, I need the couches. Now I want them deliveried my thur (19/12/13) latest. I've been very passionate and accomodating, it time you delivery.
