Samsung fridge

We purchased a Samsung fridge from Furniture city woodmead, they delivered it at our home but it was not opened. When we eventually opened the box it was broken, dented and the door was coming off. I then phoned furniture city an told them what had happened, they said they would get hold of Samsung, days later I get a call from Samsun and they said they will not give me a new fridge because we did not report it with in seven days.

The fridge is still in its box and has not been used.
