No glasses for promotion

I dont know how coke can have a promotion running but no shop has stock of the glasses that you win inside the caps. Ive been to shoprite, OK, Spar, Bottle stores and 7 eleven stores and no one has it. At OK I was told that coke doesnt deliver any stock for the premotion. How many glasses does the reps have at home? Is it a coke?
