I was over charged and Shoprite refuses to refund

I would like to say how disgusted I am by the POOR service that I got from Shoprite Tokoza.

I went and purchased a few items and when I got home I noticed that one of the items I have been double charged for and the was another item that I didn't even have.

I then went back to the store and requested to speak to a Manager and a lady by the name of Nonhlanhla took the slip from us and we waited for almost 20 minutes. She said she went to speak to someone who was receiving goods at the time and they can only be able to refund us the item that we were double charged for and in regards to the unknown item we would have to bring the groceries that we had bought earlier.

I asked her can't they go through the footage from the time that we came in to buy them, and she said they can but that would be costly to them.

The service that we got was appalling, words can't even describe it.. I demand my full refund on those items that I was incorrectly charged. SO44438
