FALSE promises 5 year warranty NONSENSE

I purchased a Hisense 47inch 3D TV cash; from Dion Wired in Kolonnade Pretoria. The salesman told me to buy a 5 year warranty because if my TV should not work, "which is highly unlikely" then you will get a replacement TV so that you do not miss out on any TV Fun. I listened and bought the "5year warranty". Now 13 months later my Hisense 3DTV just does not want to power up. Dion Wired Manager will not honour the promise of the 5 year warranty as they don't do this ANYMORE. Instead I get given a telephone number to phone which no one answers; they say this is for Hisense Manufacturers themselves as I will wait weeks before I get my tv back. Well no one is available to help me. Service in SA "" people promise things that they just don't honour. My mom taught me " your word is your honour" I wonder what the staff at Dions or Hisense are taught. I saved up for months and months and months in order to buy my TV :-(
