Truworths
What a rude staff!!!

On Saturday the 3rd August I went to Truworths at Eloff Street Johannesburg central to buy jeans that were on special. I then took my jeans and waited on the que to pay. The Cashier then started calling people who were behind me to come and pay. I then noticed that there more I and other people who were standing in front of me waited the more the same cashier was giving preference to the people who joined he que way after us. I then noticed that he was calling people who were paying with Truworths accounts I then asked him why he was only assisting account holders since we were all there to pay for items, his rude answer was "Money makes me sick". This was really shocking I then went downstairs and the security referred me to a Floor Manager called Bongani. We then went back upstairs to speak to Thando only to find out that he went for lunch. The Floor Manager then took my contact details and promised to speak to Thando and to call me. I then told Bongani that I demand an apology from Thando since this is no way to speak to any customer. I also told Bongani that I am prepared to report this matter to the Head office. Till this day the Manager hasn't called!!!
